Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver across India through Blue Dart and other trusted couriers. Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 and above.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send the tracking number and link on WhatsApp (and email). You can also check it any time under My Account › Orders or on the Track Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel an order yourself from My Account › Orders within 24 hours, as long as it has not been packed yet. For changes, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Why do I need to verify my mobile number?
We verify your number with a one-time password (OTP) so that order updates and delivery reach the right person, and to keep your account secure.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, a secure RBI-compliant payment gateway.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We never see or store your card details.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted for damaged, missing or wrong items. Please raise the request on the day of delivery with an unboxing video. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I request a return?
Message us on WhatsApp or email ahojewellery1@gmail.com with your order number, photos and the unboxing video. We will guide you through the next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Once a return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Jewellery & Care
Can I wear my AHO jewellery in water?
Yes. Our anti-tarnish stainless steel jewellery is water-friendly: you can wear it while washing hands, showering or swimming lightly. Pat dry afterwards to keep the shine.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Our pieces are made with anti-tarnish stainless steel designed for everyday wear. Keep them away from perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals to make the finish last longer.
