Shipping charges
We ship across India. Shipping is FREE on orders of ₹499 and above. For smaller orders a small shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Minimum order value is ₹99.
Shipping partners
We offer the following shipping options sorted by preference:
- Blue Dart — Our primary delivery partner. If Blue Dart doesn't serve your pin code, we use one of the other couriers below.
- DTDC
- Professional Courier
We have also partnered with logistics platforms like Shiprocket, think Logistics & Picker Logistics to provide the best and fastest delivery service to our customers.
Shipment time
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Products will be shipped to you within 3–5 working days. Approximate shipment times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and other factors.
Delivery address
If you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately to change the address before we ship your order. We are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
Transit risk
All orders sent by Aho are fully covered during transit at no extra cost to you. In case of a lost order while in transit, we shall re-process the order.
Tracking your shipment
Once your package is handed to the courier, we send you the courier name, tracking number and tracking link on WhatsApp (and email, if you shared one). You can also track it any time from My Orders or the Track Order page. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active.
